The newest member of the Huracán family, the Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica, which was revealed on April 12th – which is yesterday for some of us – has made its premiere this week in New York City at the New York International Auto Show Week.
The Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica is powered by a naturally-aspirated 5.2L V10 motor found on the Huracán STO, which means it has 640 CV – 30 CV more over the Huracán EVO rear-wheel drive, and 565 Nm of torque at its disposal. All told, the Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica is capable of wiping the century sprint (0-100 km/h or 0-62 mph) in mere 3.2 seconds.
Other highlights include a recalibrated LDVI (Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata) system, distinctly tuned driving modes with specific suspension setup, revised exhaust for enhanced engine sound, rear-wheel direct steering, and brake cooling improvements.
You may have noted that we did not indicate the year of the Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica. That’s because the vehicle is not yet offered for sale. In other words, it is unclear if it will be available at all.
Actually, the question is more of when and not if it will because this is after all touted as the next-generation RWD V10 automobile from Automobili Lamborghini.
Anyhoo, for U.S. residents in New York or anyone who is heading to NYC, you may check out the actual car, dressed in a super cool Lamborghini green, at the New York International Auto Show between April 15 and April 24, 2022.
