It’s OK that you can’t make it to the U.K. for the Bond exhibition because you can still drive away an expensive No Time To Die memorabilia: the Land Rover Defender V8 Bond Edition.
Created by Land Rover SV Bespoke to celebrate the Defender’s role in the 25th James Bond movie.
The handsome ride is based on the recently launched Defender V8 powered by a 5.0L supercharged V8 motor that produces 518 horses and 461 lb-ft (564 Nm) of torque which enables it to rocket from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in just 5.4 seconds (110 body style, that is) and sent on its way to a top speed of 149 mph (240 km/h).
Perfect for making a quick getaway from your enemies! Just kidding. Don’t ever do car chase of any kind.
The Land Rover Defender V8 Bond Edition is directly inspired by the Defenders appearance in the movie which includes features like the Extended Black Pack with 22-inch Gloss Black wheels and Xenon Blue front brake calipers.
In addition, the all-black off-roader also wears the unique ‘Defender 007’ rear badge, ’007’ puddle lamp, illuminated ‘007’ treadplates, and exclusive animation on the 11.4” Pivi Pro touchscreen.
It is worthy to note that the Land Rover Defender V8 Bond Edition is not just another co-branded automobile; it is a collector’s item as each Land Rover Defender V8 Bond Edition carries the SV Bespoke logo as well as an exclusive ‘One of 300’ etching.
The Land Rover Defender V8 Bond Edition is available in a choice of 90 and 110 styles in the U.K. and has a starting price of £105,395 and £108,040, respectively. Meanwhile, across the pond, it is available to order as a Defender 110 with a starting price of US$114,600.
