Ultimate Collector’s Series, or UCS, has long been the sought after collectible LEGOs that are known for its details not found on regular sets. The mentioned of UCS immediately conjure up image of Batman, Star Wars and the likes and dinosaur, specifically, Jurassic Park is not quite it. But the truth is, a UCS Jurassic Park is here and it is possibly every dinosaur/Jurassic Park/LEGO fan’s wet dream. Ladies and gentlemen, meet the LEGO 75936 Jurassic Park: T. rex Rampage.

The set was released in conjunction with the 26th anniversary of the original Jurassic Park which was released this day (June 11) in 1993. Right of the bat, the set looks to set to impress with an incredibly detailed T-rex and a towering Jurassic Park’s iconic gate, complete with opening function and decorated with jungle leaves and flame elements.

The T-rex itself stands 8 inches (22 centimeters) tall, stretches 27 inches (69 centimeters) long and 6 inches (17 centimeters) wide, while the fantasy-turn-hell gate towers at 16 inches (42 centimeters) tall and measures 18 inches (48 centimeters) across. The set comes with six minifigures of the key characters of the movie and they include new-for-June-2019 John Hammond, Ray Arnold and Dennis Nedry, along with Ian Malcolm, Ellie Sattler and Alan Grant.

Rounding up the package is a UCS staple information plaque with T-rex facts integrated with a minifigure display stand topped with a baby dinosaur figure. All told, the LEGO 75936 Jurassic Park: T. rex Rampage is a big set with a piece count of 3,120. Very impressive.
