We have a lot of ground to cover today, so we’ll keep this one quick. Joining the new bust series, which kicked off with Darth Vader and Yoda, is the LEGO Marvel Venom Bust (76356). This 413-piece set lets adult fans of LEGO (AFOLs) and Marvel fans recreate a display-worthy bust of the former villain-turned-antihero with impressive detail.
The completed bust captures Venom‘s sinister style and predatory power as he appeared in 2018’s Venom. So yes, it is the movie-based Venom everybody loves, not the comic version. Though you have got to give it to Marvel and Sony for faithfully recreating the comic character for the big screen.
The bust highlights the creature’s muscular physique, emphasizing the veins, eyes, teeth, and, of course, his signature extended tongue. The latter can be removed for an alternate look, but hey, what’s Venom without his tongue perpetually hanging out there, right?
The build includes a pedestal with a decorative nameplate, along with the option to display the included Venom minifigure alongside the completed model. When completed, the LEGO Marvel Venom Bust (76356) measures 17 cm (6.5 inches) tall, 17 cm (6.5 inches) wide, and 12 cm (5 inches) deep.
The set was quietly listed on LEGO.com recently, and it is available to buy as we speak for US$49.99.
