Leica has been on a roll. First, they gave us the Leica Sofort 2, an instant camera for people who like their digital photos to pretend they’re film. Now, they’ve partnered with Burton Snowboards to drop a snowboard-themed version, because why not?

The Leica SOFORT 2 Burton Edition comes in Jake Blue, named after snowboard pioneer Jake Burton Carpenter, who helped make snowboarding a thing. The camera even includes a Burton-branded bag, because it would be a crime to carry it in anything else.
It works just like the regular Sofort 2—snap digital photos, slap on some retro-style filters, and print them instantly. You can even print pictures from your smartphone, because if it doesn’t, it should not be in this era.
At the end of the day, this is a Leica that prints photos and happens to be blue. And if that’s enough to justify US$599, then congratulations, you’re the target audience.
