Tablets, according to Lenovo, are now smart hubs too, and the company is pushing the point with two new smart Android-powered tablets with Google Assistant: Yoga Smart Tab and Lenovo Smart Tab M8.

In addition, it has given the Lenovo Smart Display 7 gets a redesign. Lenovo Smart Display is, for those already don’t know, Lenovo’s answer to Amazon Echo Show.

These Android tablets are still entertainment devices, but they can serve as smart hubs for your connected devices if you so choose to.

The Yoga Smart Tab has a 10.1-inch FHD display and a purpose-designed form, featuring a built-in kickstand that also doubles as a hangar so it could be hanged on the wall on a hook or something.

The Lenovo Smart Tab M8, on the other hand, is an 8-inch tablet sporting a fairly regular tablet design. When place on the Smart Charging Station, it transforms info an always-on smart home hub.

Lenovo’s approach does make sense. Like, who needs yet another device to control your home’s smart devices when you already have a tablet, right?

However, if you really need a separate device, you can always turn to the upgraded Lenovo Smart Display 7. Lenovo’s take of a smart device with a display features a 7-inch SD touch display, thinner bezels, ambient light sensor, built stereo speakers, and TrueBlock Privacy Shutter and a physical mute button.

All three devices are now available in EU markets.

The Lenovo Smart Tab M8 sells for €149 (US$TBA), while the Lenovo Yoga Smart Tab and the Lenovo Smart Display 7 goes for €299 (US$279.99) and €129 (US$TBA), respectively. U.S. availability for the Lenovo Smart Tab M8 and Lenovo Smart Display 7 are yet to be announced.
