Still in the market for a worthy wireless charging stand for your gorgeous Apple smartphones? Here’s one from Logitech, called POWERED iPhone Wireless Charging Stand, that may just be worthy of your consideration. Why? Because, Apple. The Swiss computer and mobile accessories maker has teamed up with the Cupertino tech giant to create this minimalistic and sleek stand for charging your iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. It is a stand, alright and therefore, it allows you to charge the device propped up, so you can continue using the device as it is being juiced.
“Whether charging your iPhone overnight on a nightstand, at your desk in the daytime, or anywhere a charger can sit, POWERED holds your iPhone in a snug and comfortable position so you can check notifications, read a recipe, FaceTime® with friends or watch your favorite shows in either portrait or landscape mode – all while charging your device.“
I am pleasantly surprised it does landscape too. The wireless charging stand further features a rubberized u-shape trade that will keep your iPhone stable even with case of up to 3 mm thick. Moreover, Logitech said that there is no need for exact alignment to initiate the charging process. Official words are, the stand will work with both Apple Silicone cases and Apple Leather cases. Though you will have to be wary that cases that has metal or magnets around the back will not work with this charging, less any wireless charger.
Of course, this being a Qi wireless charging device, it is can also charge other Qi-enabled devices of similar sizes, such as the Samsung S9, S9+ and even the older S7 and S7 edge. As of this writing, Logitech POWERED Wireless Charging Stand is only available in off-white and it comes with a $69.99 sticker.
