It’s a shame that the “invisible jet” in Wonder Woman 1984 (Warner Bros. Pictures, 2020) wasn’t the invisible jet we know, love, and sometimes ridicule. Having said that, for fans who love the idea of an actual invisible jet, McFarlane has good news.
There is going to be a Wonder Woman’s Invisible Jet soon. Yup. I kid you not. No, it is not an April Fool’s Day joke because I am pretty sure April 15, which was the day McFarlane Toys shared the news, wasn’t April 1st.
The Wonder Woman’s Invisible Jet will soon join McFarlane’s Super Powers Collection which started last year. There is no other information other than it is “coming soon” along with a product image.
Based on the lone image, we can be sure that the aircraft is based on early cartoons and that it will fit the Wonder Woman action figure from the Super Powers Collection.
And also, yes, the jet is transparent, every single inch of it. I know right. I laughed at the notion of an invisible jet when I outgrew the comics and cartoon series but I missed this ridiculous concept at the same time.
So, yeah, the McFarlane Super Powers Collection Wonder Woman’s Invisible Jet is something I kind of looking forward to. More than a Spider-Man motorcycle, if you ask me.
McFarlane will not be the first to offer an Invisible Jet toy. There have been a few, including Funko Pop! and this Hot Wheels Wonder Woman Invisible Jet:
