Ever looked at Godzilla and wondered how it tastes? Well, if you have… you’re one heck of a weirdo! Seriously, who sits around imagining the flavor profile of a nuclear-powered lizard? But if you insist it’s purely out of scientific curiosity, we’ve got news for you. No, we don’t have radioactive reptile meat on the menu (which, by the way, should be a pretty big warning). But thanks to Japanese confectioner Monteur, you can now literally eat Godzilla—just in dessert form.

To celebrate both their 70th anniversaries, Monteur and the King of the Monsters have teamed up for a second wave of Godzilla-inspired treats. First up, the Godzilla Choux Dark Chocolate—a beast of a cream puff with a black cocoa custard that’s as rich as Godzilla’s cinematic history. Then there’s the Godzilla Éclair Dark Chocolate, a rugged, chocolate-chip-studded delight designed to resemble Big G’s scaly hide. Both are unapologetically dark, oversized, and ready to crush your sweet tooth.
If that’s not enough kaiju-sized excitement, a special promotional video narrated by legendary announcer Ichiro Furutachi is dropping, adding some dramatic flair to your dessert experience.
The limited-edition sweets hit Japanese shelves on April 1 (no joke), with prices starting at 237 yen [JP] (US$1.60). Time to unleash your inner monster—on dessert, of course.
