The high-tech mobile cooling solution that OnePlus brought to MWC 2023 last month is now available to buy in China. The OnePlus 45W Liquid Cooler for Smartphones is an official product. For those who haven’t heard, this little cool device is a 45W liquid cooling radiator that consists of two parts: a clip-on cooler for your smartphone and the radiator unit.
As the product name implies, it uses a liquid cooling system and it is outfitted 40 by 40 mm large TEC cooling chip to effectively remove heat from your hardworking smartphone. Since the clip-on cooler does not have a fan, there will be no hot air blowing on your hands and also makes it extremely lightweight, tipping the scale at a mere 78g.
In addition, it does not make any noise except for the main device which hums at 21 dB which will make it sound like whispers five feet away.
This device should enable your OnePlus to run in a performance mode for longer. Should. We won’t know until we actually tested it.
Anyways, OnePlus is taking pre-orders for the OnePlus 45W Liquid Cooler for Smartphones now at a promotional price of 469 yuan (U.P. 499 yuan) (about US$68/U.P. US$73).
