Thailand-based custom PC case builder Jengki Wmp strikes again. In fact, this guy never stops creating mind-blowing PC cases, ever. Debuted at Computex Taipei 2026 is another pop culture icon turned into a PC that is sure to send chills down the spines of Zion Operatives. Folks, meet the Project Sentinel, a highly detailed custom PC mod inspired by the terrifying Sentinel machines from The Matrix.

Rather than simply building a themed computer case, the creator’s goal was to recreate the iconic machine with cinematic realism, making it look as if it had emerged directly from the film. And he totally nailed it. Even looking at the images, this squiddies feels very much alive.
The build features a motorized mechanism that animates the Sentinel’s eight front claws, while its twelve articulated tentacles are constructed from 524 individually assembled joint pieces. Every component was hand-painted and weathered to achieve an authentic dystopian sci-fi appearance.
According to Jengki Wmp, one of the most challenging aspects was the exterior finish. He developed a dark metallic “Mercury” look using a combination of glossy paint and chrome dry-brushing techniques, giving the machine a futuristic bio-metal aesthetic.
Beneath the elaborate exterior lies serious hardware. The upper section houses an ITX motherboard powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 285K processor and G.Skill Trident Z Royal Neo RGB Gold memory. Cooling is handled by a custom open-loop water-cooling system featuring a Thermal Grizzly DeltaMate CPU Block MPII 1851. The front of the build prominently showcases a Palit GamingPro S GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, alongside an integrated display running the iconic cascading green Matrix code.
After six months of design, fabrication, painting, and assembly, Project Sentinel stands as a showcase of extreme PC modding, combining movie-inspired artistry, mechanical engineering, and high-performance computing into a single moving sculpture. And god damn it. I cannot stop looking at it.
Special thanks to Jengki Wmp for sharing the beautiful photos with us and letting us into the details of the build. You can check out Jengki Wmp’s works on Instagram (@jeng_ki).
