Razer pledged to supply face masks to Singapore is nearing fruition. The company has announced that will be sponsoring face masks for all Singaporean adults and residents through a network of mask vending machines.
20 face mask vending machines will be deployed in Singapore by June 01, 2020 before the state’s lock down, aka Circuit Breaker measures, is lifted. For starter, the vending machines will be located at Frasers Property Retail and JustCo co-working centers in and around Central Business District.
Razer’s financial technology arm, Razer Fintech, will offer every Singapore resident of age 16 years and above a free surgical mask. Razer expects five million face masks will be given out with this initiative.
Those who out and about can also purchase face mask from the vending machines in the event they misplaced or forgotten to bring one. Razer hopes that this ensure everyone will wear a mask when they outside of their homes.
