Streetwear culture finally meets gaming chair. Singapore-based gaming chair maker, Secretlab, has revealed the first ever “streetwear culture gaming chair” in a capsule collection created with Japanese streetwear label, A Bathing Ape’s secondary line AAPE.
With the Secretlab x Aape By A Bathing Ape Gaming Chair, you will find AAPE branding emblazoned on the rear in monospaced typeface detailing, along with iconic hyper-flat and oversized camo prints in military green, blue, or red, rendered in intricate embroidery on the side panels. The highly recognizable Moonface logo will, of course, be present too.
As for the gaming chair itself, it is upholster in Secretlab’s new and improved PRIME 2.0 PU leather and boasts features found in the Secretlab 2020 Series.
he Secretlab x Aape By A Bathing Ape Gaming Chair will be available in very limited quantities of each colorway and it will be available in two separate drops available from secretlab.co..
The first drop is on March 25 @11PM PT and the second drop is on March 31 @6AM PT.
It is worthy to note that Drop 01 is the Green Camo version while Drop 02 is the Red and Blue Camo versions.
As for the pricing, the OMEGA 2020 goes for US$489 and the TITAN 2020 has an asking price of US$539.
There’s more to it. Customers who opted to extend the warranty on their Secretlab AAPE Edition Chair will also receive a limited edition Secretlab x AAPE lanyard and keycap, featuring a short strap with AAPE’s Moonface logo printed in either a white or a black base.
