dependent on your smartphone for your entertainment needs? then the duo, the Sony Xperia T and Xperia V smartphones, might be worthy of a consideration. as Sony Mobile’s new global flagship model, the Xperia T will be gracing the silver screen in the upcoming James Bond cinema release, Skyfall. the larger of the two, the Xperia T is driven by a Qualcomm Krait MSM8260-A 1.5GHz dual-core processor and jam pack with features that include a 4.6″ HD Reality Display powered by Mobile BRAVIA Engine, 13.0-megapixel fast capture AF camera with Sony Exmor R for mobile image sensor, full HD 1080p recording, a secondary HD 720p secondary camera, easy connectivity with ‘One-touch’ function enabled by NFC, MHL, and it is of course, Playstation Certified. the Xperia V is equipped with a Qualcomm MSM8960 1.5GHz dual-core processor and shares similar features as the bigger Xperia T with a few exceptions such as a smaller 4.3″ HD Reality Display powered by Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 and it is LTE-enabled for fast data download speed. other features of the Xperia V include 3D Sweep Panorama, Sony’s Clear audio+ for enhanced sound quality and is IP55/57 rated for resistant against dust, as well as water immersion (up to 1 meter or 3 feet for 30 minutes). both handset will be powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich but will be upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean following launch. price and availability to be advised.
