Timberland Radler Trail Camp Shoes – space-saving shoes

Timberland Mens Radler Trail Camp Shoes 544x311px
(credit: Timberland) Timberland Men’s Radler Trail Camp Shoes | US$65.00 | www.timberland.com

we avoid packing in spare shoes for camping trips because it would add to the bulk to our package but it looks like Timberland is going to change that practice with its Men’s Radler Trail Camp Shoes. this lightweight shoe can actually be completely zipped up, halving its original size, thus minimizing the space it would take in your pack. on the comfort and built aspect, the shoes features water-repellant ripstop fabric top and the interior are fleece-lined for comfort. its outsoles are of 42% recycled rubber lug and contoured for maximum traction for trotting around the woods. the Radler Trail Camp is probably not for the hike itself but it is a good second pair of shoes to change out to when you reach your base camp, for comfort sake. i am sure it would be a huge relieve to be wearing something lighter and more comfy other than your heavy hiking boots after a long day of hike. the Timberland Men’s Radler Trail Camp Shoes are available now with a retail price of $65 a pair. a few more look at the shoe after the break. KAMMOK is the new generation hammock

KAMMOK 544x408px
(credit: KAMMOK) KAMMOK | US$85.00 | kammok.com

if you think the name KAMMOK sounds suspiciously like a hammock, then you are right. the KAMMOK is the latest in hammock innovation, utilizing light but strong and yet breathable diamond rip-stop nylon fabric called LunarWave. it surprises me that there’s even any further innovation further for a hammock but apparently, there is. the LunarWave is said to be “softer than a baby’s backside” (figuratively speaking and we are not pedophile or anything of sort) and it conforms to the shape of your body with a ‘no-tip’ design. i.e. you won’t risk falling over while you are deep in your dreamland. its thin form allows it to be stored away in its water resistant compression sack easily and the compressed size is slightly bigger than a softball and is light enough (20-oz or 567-grams) for you to bring it anywhere or anytime. SureFire 6PX Tactical and 6PX Pro Flashlights | from US$95.00 | www.surefire.com

if not for the nature of light and the law of nature of day and night, we wouldn’t need a flashlight or any light for that matter. since we can’t change the nature, we embrace it by making simple things like flashlight a joy to use. sure, i was stumped by the Invictus price but then again, i probably don’t need such a high-end flashlight since i am not in an SWAT team. hence, the SureFire 6PX Tactical and Pro flashlights might be a good alternative. with a price tag starting from $95, it is still not cheap but is certainly way cheaper than the professional-grade Invictus.
