come this October, racing fans of Xbox 360 console game machine will have something to rejoice. Thrustmaster has recently announced the world’s first ever racing wheel that’s officially licensed by both Ferrari and Microsoft Xbox 360. dubbed the Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Italia for Xbox 360, this 28-centimeters (11-inches) diameter wheel features rubber-textured grip, built-in metal gear shifters, and a host of action buttons, including an Engine Start D-pad and a Xbox 360 Guide button. the steering wheel itself also offers connectivity to your Xbox 360 headset and microphone.

other features include 270-degree of turning with progressive resistance, automatic centering, long-stroke accelerator pedal and a resistive brake pedal for the added realism. however, paddle shifter is the only option available here, which true-blue racing might not welcome with open arms. though, i am not sure if the recently announced TH8 RS gear shifter will be compatible with this. if it does, it would probably be the perfect set up any Xbox 360 racing fans can ask for. a few more look at the Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Italia for Xbox 360 after the break.
