Enough of burning Godzilla, with or without Evangelion. Your kaiju shelf is begging for a proper nemesis, and few come more terrifying than Destroyah. Not just any Destroyah, mind you—it’s Destroyah in a scorching Burning Red colorway, looking like it just stepped out of hell’s lava bath.

Standing a mighty 30 cm (~12 inches) tall, this sofubi beast isn’t your average vinyl figure. Sculpted by Frog Tree, it blends delicate detailing with a very Japanese sense of flair—think “ancient art scroll, but make it kaiju.” And thanks to intentional aging treatment, parts of the undercoat peek through, giving the monster a heavy, battle-worn vibe, like it just threw hands with Godzilla and still has ash stuck to its carapace.
Destroyah, if you recall, is no pushover. Born from the Oxygen Destroyer that once humbled Godzilla, it evolved through creepy crustacean stages before arriving as the fully realized nightmare we know and love. And here, in fiery crimson, it looks less like a toy and more like a warning sign for the apocalypse.
The Toho Monster Series Destroyah Burning Red Color is set to drop exclusively via T-BASE online on July 19, 2025, priced at 40,000 yen [JP] (or 305.01 USD, according to Toys King’s online store T-Base).
