Bluetooth speaker. the market sure has a ton of them and it is a good thing for consumers. we get to choose one that best suits our lifestyle, audio demand and so on and so forth. speaking of lifestyle, if you are one that travels a lot, be on a bike or backpacking, there is another option from Soen Audio, called Transit X. what strikes us most about Transit XS is its unusually slim profile (just 25mm thick, if you really must know) and it is among those rare speakers that actually has a 1⁄4” tripod mount built into it to facilitate mounting on tripod or most standard bike mount. apart from tripod and bike mount-friendly, Transit XS is also designed to be worn or attach to your bag using a wearable clip, and because it has an extraordinary thin profile, it appears to blend in with your backpack or just about anywhere of your choosing.
it is equipped with proprietary micro speakers, bolstered by Smart Suspension system and patented Momentum Port technology to delivery deep and loud bass. unfortunately, like most tech company of today, no further information was provided regarding its internals. other key features include built-in microphone for speakerphone duty, NFC for quick connect with compatible devices, a battery pack for up to 8 hours of music enjoyment, Bluetooth technology for wireless audio streaming, and a 3.5mm audio jack to connect with non-Bluetooth sources. it is offered in a variety of colors, including red, purple, blue and the obligatory black and white, and the best part is, it cost just 75 bucks to own, well, at least for now until its Kickstarter campaign ends.
