Treezilla The Godzilla Christmas Tree

There’s burning Godzilla and then there is the, wait what? A Treezilla? Treezilla is a portmanteau of ‘tree’ and Godzilla, and it is exactly what it says it is: a Godzilla tree. But what the word did not tell you is, it is a Christmas tree.

That’s right. It is the menacing radioactive reptilian and it also a Christmas tree too. So, yeah. Godzilla Christmas Tree is indeed a thing. As you probably have noted, this 1.8-meter (6-foot) tree Godzilla has everything that makes it a, well, Godzilla, including legs, claws, teeth and even a fog machine for spewing out smoke.

Unfortunately, it does NOT spew fire or fireworks.

It was a creation of New Zealander Steven Newland and was put up for bidding on trademe.co.nz. The sale has since ended with winning bidder shelling out $415 (NZ money, I supposed?) for this flora version this iconic kaiju.
