Universal Pictures has dropped a new trailer for the Jurassic World Dominion. I don’t what to say, man. I felt like I may have watched the entire movie after this trailer and the first we saw two months ago. In another word, stay away from the trailer if you don’t want any more spoilers. If you are cool with possible spoilers, then go ahead and watch it. If I can be honest, I am less pumped than I was with the first trailer.
If you haven’t been following, the Jurassic World Dominion is set to be the concluding movie of the Jurassic era (the franchise, that is). The movie brings together the characters from two generations of the Jurassic franchise, with Jurassic veteran Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Sam Neill joining Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. Oh, there’s of course BD Wong who reprises his role as Dr. Henry Wu. Here’s a quick synopsis:
From Jurassic World architect and director Colin Trevorrow, Dominion takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live—and hunt—alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history’s most fearsome creatures.
Wait. 1:07 isn’t this the guy from Netflix’s Archive 81? Nice to see Emmy nominee Mamoudou Athie having a part in it. Also joining the cast are DeWanda Wise, Dichen Lachman, Scott Haze, and Campbell Scott. The Jurassic World Dominion will hit the theaters on June 10, 2022.
