This is Volkspod by “maker and builder of a variety of things” Brent Walter. Volkspod is a pair of custom scooters with a body (or more appropriately, fairing) repurposed from front fenders of a vintage VW Beetle.
I know right? They look absolutely dope and also, they somehow reminds us of the Johammer Electric Motorcycle J1 and snails. Cute.
Technical details are lacking, but I am going to go out on limb to say it the duo is powered by a lawnmower motor, complete with the trusty (or not) pull-starter. We are digging the low, stubby look and they appeared to ride in a cute way too.
The headlight on each fender turns out to be perfect for the two-wheeler.
