So, you have a cool knife and are pretty proud of it. But can your knife secure bolts and nuts, strip wire, screw something, and open a bottle? Can it repair indentations on a golf green? Probably not. Well, the Exceed Designs TiRant ULTRA Utility Knife you see here can, and then some.
The TiRant ULTRA Utility Knife is essentially a folding knife, but with a twist: it has a patent-pending interchangeable blade system called a hot swap mechanism that allows you to swap to a different blade or attachment at the press of a button.
An integrated lever in the mechanism lets you unfold the knife swiftly, while a tiny button, when pressed, unlocks the hot swap lever to allow blade/attachment swapping. The lever features ridges on the top that, when the lever is locked in, serve as jimping when using the knife.
The knife is available in a variety of handle materials and finishes, with a wide selection of blades and attachments—including a tanto/spearpoint blade, razor blade, Damascus blade, golf divot tool (yes, really!), 8-in-1 multi-tool, and more. Trust me. The number of options is going to make you go dizzy. It’s almost like Exceed Designs has something for any scenario or usage.
In its standard razor configuration, it opens up to 7.15 inches—of which 2.25 inches is the usable razor and 4.15-inch handle length. Each knife comes with a 2-inch deep carry clip.
If you are down, you can learn more or purchase the Exceed Designs TiRant ULTRA Utility Knife from the brand’s official website starting at US$165. Additional blades and attachments start at just US$8.99.
