Glasses-free 3D technology has been around for a while now but it has refined and found its way into a laptop which is absolutely bonkers (in a good way). ASUS is calling this new technology featured on the ASUS ProArt StudioBook 16 3D OLED Laptop (H7604), ASUS Spatial Vision. This autostereoscopic 3D OLED tech features a 3D lenticular lens on a 3.2K 120 Hz OLED display that enables the 3D effect.

With a lenticular lens, each eye will be seeing two slightly different images which results in us perceiving it as a 3D image. There is an important innovation that makes ASUS Spatial Vision stands out and that is the camera array on top of the screen. The camera array tracks the user’s face and adjusts the image, in real-time, to make sure the image remains 3D whichever angle you look at it.

This also allows you to peer at the sides of the image much like looking at a real object. But what if you just need to browse the web or read texts? Well, thankfully, the 3D effect can be turned off.
