For ladies who think today’s fitness tracking watches are far too “frail”, well, Casio may have an answer for you. Casio G-Shock has recently announced its first collection of connected S-Series watches.

Taking inspiration from men’s GBA800 Power Trainer collection, the new connected collection for women comes in several colorways including classic black (GMAB800-1A), white (GMAB800-7A), grey with purple accents (GMAB800-8A) and neon yellow (GMAB800-9A).

Like the men’s collection, Casio basically blends practical functionality (read: time-telling and super tough built) of a G-Shock with fitness tracking features.

Standout notables include a smaller 45.2 mm case, Bluetooth technology, and tri-axis accelerometer for keeping track of steps, walking or running pace as well as calories burned.

Beyond that, you can expect the hallmarks of G-Shock watches on the GMAB800, including shock resistance, water resistance to 200 meters (656 feet), world time for 48 cities + UTC, target alarm, 1/100th second stopwatch, 200 lap memory, round timer with up to 20 sets of 5 timers can be configured, double LED super illuminator lights, 12/24 hour time formats, and full auto calendar.

Look out for it in October for $120 a pop at select G-Shock retailers, Macy’s, G-Shock Soho Store, and on gshock.com.
