Circuit City LEGO MOC by adambetts on LEGO Ideas

Have you ever look at a circuit board and imagine it to be a futuristic, miniature city? Not going to lie. I did when I was a kid and I still do now. It looks like there is at least one other person in this world who thinks like me. The thing is, this person not only imagines it, but he has also materialized his imagination using LEGO elements.

The result is a proposed LEGO Ideas set aptly called Circuit City. Created by LEGO Ideas member, adambetts, Circuit City uses LEGO elements to recreate a circuit board-based micro-city.

It is very surreal to see a “circuit board” comes to life with towering skyscrapers (well, nanoscale skyscrapers, that is!), conductive tracks becoming roads, sensors as city’s traffic lights, and more. There’s even a harbor too, complete with ships.

While adambetts’ proposed LEGO Ideas Circuit City is a micro-city, it is no small set; it has 1,640 pieces and measures 12.6 inches (32 cm) wide, 10 inches (25.4 cm) deep, and 7.4 inches (18.8 cm) tall.

The Circuit City LEGO MOC by adambetts is currently on LEGO Ideas seeking the nod of approval from LEGO collectors and enthusiasts. If you like want you see, you may want to consider dropping your one precious support to nudge it towards its next milestone of 1,000 supporters. I did, btw. Seriously, this set is just too cool not to (support).
