While Danielle Baskin is still prepping to sell you Face ID compatible respirator masks, a photo studio in Kerala, India is already selling custom face masks printed with the image of customers’ lower face in its studio.
The process, which takes just 20 minutes, is very simple. First, the studio’s staff will take a photograph of the customer and edit it. After which, the staff will print it out, cut it into shape and transfer the image onto a regular face mask.
Each face mask cost just 50-60 rupees (roughly 66-79 cents).
It is not clear if this custom face mask works with Face ID or not.
