Jimi Hendrix was arguably one of the symbol of rock n’ roll. Not surprisingly, the legend was the choice of build for one LEGO Ideas member responding to LEGO Ideas call for new contest, Music To Our Ears.
Created by pedrovezini_8152, this particular LEGO Jimi Hendrix build entitled “Let Me Stand Next to Your Fire” recreates the rock guitarist’s appearance at Monterey Pop Festival in 1967 where he famously set his guitar on fire on stage.
The depiction is spot on, complete with LEGO fire and a bottle of lighter fluid used to set the fire. Beyond on that, little is known about this contest entry.
But, really, what else do we need to know other than this creation by pedrovezini_8152 is beyond excellent? Nothing. Period.
