Diamond and Ruby Beats Pro Headphones

There are headphones and there are headphones that are crazy expensive and there is this: Diamond and Ruby Beats Pro Headphones. There are elements that makes this audio cans really special and it is not because it is loaded with over 120 carats of Graff diamonds and accented with vibrant rubies.

It is also not because it is of platinum and has white leather to boot, nor is it because it is a signed Beats Pro. It is because of where it has been, or more correctly put, who have used it.

The Diamond and Ruby Beats Pro Headphones was a one-of-a-kind created specially for the Halftime Show at Super Bowl XLVI. That was back in 2012, for those who aren’t familiar with Football.

It was made in collaboration between Beats and British multinational jeweler Graff and it was the very headphones worn by Madonna and American electronic dance music duo LMFAO, and subsequently, by American artiste Lil Wayne.

So what about this blinged, pre-Apple Beats audio can? Well, it is going on the block soon at Christie’s Magnificent Jewels sale in New York on December 11, 2019.

Designated Lot 209, it is estimated to fetch $100,000-150,000. Now, the estimates may be excessive by any headphone standard, but considering it cost a million dollar (or so we heard), it is actually quite a steal.
