First revealed at last year’s D23 Expo, Disney has firmed up the opening date of the upcoming Avengers Campus at Disneyland Resort. The date is set on July 18, 2020. However, it is not clear at this point if it will be so since after WHO has declared that the coronavirus a pandemic a day after Disney’s announcement. Lets just keep our crossed that things will turnaround when the time comes.

In addition to what we have learned last year, Disney has revealed that the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man will be flying across the sky of Avengers Campus as part of, presumably, background attraction of sort.

Disney hope Spidey “swinging” high above will inspired visitors to hit up the new attraction WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. Speaking of flying Spider-Man… it turns out that the stunt robot was not quite for stunt in movies (yet). Instead, it has taken the job of a web slinging superhero at Disneyland Resort.

Interestingly, the former Mythbusters host Grant Imahara had a hand in making this humanoid Spider-Man. Keep going to see Spidey some acrobatic moves.
