Did you ever, while glancing at your Apple Watch, reminisces about the iMac that started it all, the G3? Well, if you did (and sometimes still do), the Elago W4 Stand is for you. Like Elago’s previous offerings, including the one that ‘transform’ your iPhone and Apple Watch into a miniature Macintosh machine, the Elago will turn your Apple Watch into the classic G3 from 1998. Now, that’s retro! Like the Elago W3 Stand, the W4 Stand is designed in such a way that your Apple Watch will be docked lying on its side and hence, it totally supports Nightstand Mode.
It is crafted from silicone, so you’d have a peace of mind that your pricey smartwatch will not be scuffed and it (the W4) will not slide around while resting on the desk. However, do note that the W4 (as with the aforementioned previous model) is just a stand only. I.e. it is not a charging device on its own and therefore, you will have to supply your own charging cable and puck. Still, at $12.99 (or $14.99 for the Aqua Pink variety) a pop, it is not bad a deal at all.
