If the Evangelion x G-Shock DW6900 proves a little too subtle for your pro EVA taste, then perhaps Evangelion x Citizen PROMASTER Watch may satisfy you. Yes. Citizen, too, is onboard the EVA hype train.
Absolutely no idea which PROMASTER this is based on, but I am totally digging the generous use of purple here. Touches of EVA Unit-01 includes neon green and yellow hands and markings, EVA Unit-01 emblem on dial face, and number of the watch (out of 400 copies) on the case back.
Beyond that, you’d be getting a rad diving watch featuring Duratec DLC treated 49.5 mm stainless steel case, crystal glass, water resistance to 200 meters (656 feet), depth measurement function, unidirectional bezel, and J250 caliber movement.
Evangelion x Citizen PROMASTER Watch is limited to just 400 units and it comes with a super cool, novel diving oxygen tank-style case. It will be out in the wild in Japan late July 2020 for a hefty 165,000 yen tax included, or about US$1,540.
