Not going to lie. I was surprised by this. Appeared in our inbox last month was this news from Gerber. It is doing a “once-in-a-lifetime giveaway” with Fender. Yes. The guitar maker, Fender.
I can’t see anything in common, except for both brands have a custom program. Fender’s custom guitar shop started way back in 87’ while Gerber only started its custom program last year.
Anywho, so yes, the two brands are coming together for a giveaway. A lucky winner will receive a custom Fender guitar, plus three custom, American-made knives from the Gerber Custom program.
Both the electric ax and the knives will bear creative touches by tattoo artist and designer Luke Wessman and country-music star Tim Montana.
In addition to the custom Telecaster and custom knives, the grand prize winner will also receive swag from Tim and Luke, along with a Pelican 1150 Protector Case. Two runner-ups will receive three custom Gerber knives with exclusive colorways with a Pelican 1150 Protector Case.
