Just when I thought the Hasbro Transformers Victory Saber Action Figure may not be funded, it made it. So, yes. The campaign has received the required 11,000 backers and therefore, it is a go.
Now, if more fans would come forward and chip in to bring that number to 14,000, then it will unlock the V-Lock Cannon (pictured here). It is indeed good news for someone like me who had backed it.
Seriously, how this iconic character took so long to be funded is beyond. Clearly, Victory Saber is not lacking the fan base. Perhaps it was the price? Anywho, it is a done deal now. The figure will be made.
To celebrate this momentous occasion, Hasbro has revealed the first image of the painted prototype model, and boy it is looking fantastic! I only wish there were more photos to go around.
