When Elon Musk warns us about AI, he should also mention that it could be hilarious. How so? Well, we have the brilliant minds of the Internet to thank. Case in point: AI-generated parody action figures. To be honest, I think I may have spent way too much time to find the source but I finally gave up and just took it from where I found it, from the mouth of TikToker Greenskull (@greenskulltok), “The AI Entertainer”.
The supposedly “ChatGPT action figures” the TikToker introduces in his TikTok video are absolutely hilarious. It includes an obese version of Batman known as Fatman (duh!), an Iron Man who apparently lacks iron and is aptly called Iron Deficiency Man (now with 50% less power!), Dr. Change The Sorcerer of Savings, a sad Thor called SORE who goes by the slogan “less thunder, more blunder”, sulking Hulk called The Incredible Sulk who’s “disappronted” in something, a Starlord with a literal jar for a head and who is responsible for, ermmm, jars? and comes with a bunch of jars, a cuddly – almost Mogwai-lookalike – Wolverine (cute but deadly, no cigar though), a Minecraft-style Hawkeye called BlockEye, The Yak Widow instead of Black Widow, and a Hider-Man which, to be honest, I am not sure it is a parody of what character. Spider-Man, maybe?
So, yeah, AI could be fun too – if it hasn’t proven itself already.
