Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary Jaws Set

Hot Wheels are mostly about, well, automobiles. But once in a while, they do get off the ground—and sometimes, dip a little into seafaring vessels. One such time is now because, you know, Jaws 50.

Not only is the toymaker commemorating the movie’s 50th anniversary with the iconic Orca fishing boat, they’ve broken new ground by including a miniature figure on the aft deck and—wait for it—a shark. That’s right, folks. It is a diorama!

The Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary Jaws Set, as it is called, features a die-cast replica of the Orca, complete with period-correct details and a little dude braving the inevitable shark encounter. The shark is captured mid-launch as it lunges at the boat—all rendered in glorious die-cast form.

It’s all packaged in a retro-style diorama with molded plastic waves and vintage ‘70s artwork, plus a pop-up poster hidden behind the protective flap. Even the blister is distortion-printed to look like water because a set this important calls for drama.

Available July 24, 2025, for US$32. And if you want this set? You’re gonna need a bigger… display cabinet. Actually, you should be more concerned about having the fastest fingers. Because I have a feeling that this will fly off the dock.
