Hot Wheels RLC Exclusive Nissan Skyline GT-R

Attention fans of JDM (Japanese domestic market) automobiles. Hot Wheels’ next RLC (Red Line Club) exclusive is the holy grail of JDM, the R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R. To JDM aficionados, this car is of significance. It is the last model to bear the Skyline namesake and the last of the GT-R to be powered by the revered RB engine.

The car and the engine, along with the likes 2JZ Toyota Supra, FD series Mazda RX-7, and 6G72 Mitsubishi GTO, represent the golden age of JDM. As such, we thought the Hot Wheels RLC Exclusive Nissan Skyline GT-R is a must-have for any true JDM fan.

The Hot Wheels RLC Exclusive Nissan Skyline GT-R, which is the new 2022 Japanese Convention Car, is the third colorway in this casting and it is a sight to behold. This miniature JDM model features an opening hood on a ZAMAC body with a detailed interior.

It has a full metal, matte black painted chassis, and a Spectraflame black over chrome body finish with the iconic NISMO livery and the Hot Wheels logo ghosted on the door. Completing the package are four Real Riders 5-spoke Modern wheels with black VUM hubs.

We have no doubt it will fly off the shelves in record time and so, if you want to secure one, be sure to jot down this date: June 21 at 9 AM PT. Oh, before that, you will need to become an RLC member – if you haven’t already done so – which costs US$9.90 a year. The asking price is a modest US$25. It may not be expensive but are your fingers fast enough? The item is limited to one (1) per club membership and limits to five (5) per household.
