LEGO Brick Bags by agabag

You have seen (unofficial) LEGO gadget accessories such as iPad and Laptop cases, but what you may not know is, someone is using the famous studded plate for ladies’ handbags too. Yup. LEGO. Handbags. Which kind makes these products from Etsy seller, agabag, the unofficial LEGO handbags (and clutches). And toys they are certainly not. While the outside is covered in all its studded glory, the inside is covered in satin with a convenient business card size pocket inside. The bricks are attached on the exterior and each brick is connected to each other in a way that it will provide the stiffness required of a handbag, while still remaining flexible. According to agabag, “no brick will fall off” and “there is absolutely no chance the handbag will fall apart.”

No details were given on how the studded plates and the satin interior comes together, though they did mention something about strings, which assume strings are being use to keep everything together. But that’s just our speculation. Being made out of LEGO bricks, it is only natural that instead of the usual clasp, closure is by the way of the bricks. Pretty awesome stuff and definitely something that I would get if I were a lady. There are a ton of designs in different colorways to choose from and if custom piece is what you have in mind, agabag can also do that too. And if you are feeling a little opulent, there are a few models with real gold plated elements too. Unique as they are, the agabag LEGO Brick Bags are not cheap. Expect each bag to run you back at $180 or more, depending on the model and in the case of custom pieces, the level of customization.
