More than half a year in the making, LEGO MOC builder/AFOL/architecture student/artist DeRa has finally revealed his latest Godzilla MOC creation after LEGO MOC Mechagodzilla Kiryu. Behold, the menacing and meticulously crafted King of Monsters straight out of the Oscar-winning Godzilla Minus One!
As before, DeRa isn’t spilling the beans on the details—but honestly, do we even need them? This build speaks for itself. Inspired by the latest Japanese Gojira incarnation, DeRa’s version faithfully recreates the oversized, jagged dorsal fins from Godzilla Minus One. The model is articulated, though the extent of its articulation remains a mystery.
One thing is certain, though: DeRa’s Godzilla Minus One is designed to pick up train sections with its mouth. Yes, you read that right. It can literally chomp on trains. How cool is that? I think it is ridiculously cool.
