Folks, gather ‘round cos LEGO has just pulled back the curtain on its latest creation: the LEGO Star Wars Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser (75367) building set. Why this attack cruiser, you ask? Well, it is the latest fan-requested set and LEGO’s gift (in exchange for several pieces of Benjamin Franklin, of course) to Star Wars fans to celebrate Clone Wars’ 20th anniversary this year.
And you might want to hold onto your helmets because this LEGO collectible packs a whopping 5,374 pieces – that’s more bricks than you can count on a stormtrooper’s fingers! It’s not just another Star Wars set; it’s the first Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series building set inspired by the Vanator-class Star Destroyer and is the first Clone Wars building set to join the range. And it’s the Clone Wars‘ very first cameo in the LEGO universe.
Now, let’s talk about this cruiser – it has seen more action than a droid in a blaster factory during the Clone Wars. Whether it’s zipping through the stars or hauling troops, this ship is the ultimate nostalgia trip for Star Wars fans.
This set is destined to be a showstopper. Not only do you get a plaque and a stand to strut the stuff, but LEGO has crammed in a command bridge and hangar with a Republic Gunship. Captain Rex and Admiral Yuralen minifigures even have a VIP spot on the built-in stand.
Befitting its collector’s status, it comes with an info plaque and a fancy brick to celebrate two decades of Clone Wars chaos. When completed, the LEGO UCS Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser has quite a presence, measuring over 12.5 in. (32 cm) high, 43 in. (109 cm) long, and 21 in. (54 cm) wide which is almost as humongous as the re-released LEGO UCS Imperial Star Destroyer. So, yeah, you’re gonna need a bigger shelf!
The new LEGO Star Wars Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser (75367) building set will drop on October 04, 2023, with a price as big as the set: US$649.99. Galactic credit not accepted.
