Hot on the heels of Red Magic 6, Black Shark 4 and ASUS ROG Phone 5 is Lenovo’s second gaming phone, the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 Gaming Smartphone (Legion Phone Duel 2 Pro in China), a follow up to the brand’s Legion Phone Duel, from last year.

Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 Gaming Smartphone

Armed with the latest in mobile hardware, including Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G Mobile Platform, Adreno 660 840 MHz GPU, up to 16 GB LPDDR5 memory and up to 512 GB UFS 3.1 storage, along with gaming focused-features like Octa-Trigger input (4x shoulder ultrasonic, 2x rear capacitance, 2x display force-touch), Dual HaptiX feedback, and new twin-turbo fan cooling system, Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 Gaming Smartphone promised the next evolution in mobile gaming.

And it looks very fancy too, with a bump that stretches from side-to-side right slap in the center of the back of the device. The bump is where you will find the main camera system comprising of a 64 MP ultra-wide and a 16 MP extreme ultra-wide cameras, alongside an actual fan.

That’s right. An actual fan on a smartphone. Not sure if it is cool or a burden to hold now that there’s a bump right in middle that will create a see-saw rocking effect when lay flat on its back.
