Do you love caricatures? If yes, do you also love X-Men’s Wolverine? Well, if that’s a yes too, then you won’t want to miss Hong Kong-based vinyl figure maker Fools Paradise’s latest work featuring none other than Logan AKA Wolverine. Entitled Lowfool vs Lowfool EP2: Wolfool X, it follows the Lowfool vs Lowfool series theme of playfulness but this time, it is a cartoonized Wolvie hunched over a tiny arcade machine with a lit cigar clutch in his grouchy mouth. In addition to the tiny arcade, the vinyl set also comes with his signature three-claw gloves.
It is worthy to note that this version is faithful to the original comic’s Wolverine where Logan does not have claws breaking out of his knuckles. He wore gloves with claws instead with the original blue and yellow getup to boot. In Fools Paradise’s tradition, Wolvie here is pumped. Like super pumped. Showing off his defined muscles of his naked upper limbs. It is, of course, top heavy, like Mr. Incredible. Lowfool vs Lowfool EP2: Wolfool X is made out of a combination of vinyl and PVC, and stands (or rather, sits), 28 cm (11 inches) tall.
It will be available in Q1 2018, but the book for pre-order is already open (since November 08, 2017, 12AM HKT). If you want this lovely creation in your X-Men altar, you’d act on it fast because, only 398 pieces will be made available worldwide. And the price? $255. That’s US dollars right there, if you haven’t already noticed.
