McFarlane Toys has scored a huge one for 2024. The toymaker best known for DC Comics, Spawn toyline, and more recently, Pacific Rim, has signed a multi-brand licensing agreement with Hasbro to release new figures in McFarlane’s Page Punchers line which include action figures along with full-size comic books.
The first toys from this collaboration have recently been revealed, and they include G.I. Joe and Transformers. The first wave of McFarlane x Hasbro Page Punchers 3” Figure 2-pk 2 Comics include 2 from the Transformers franchise and 2 from the G.I. Joe. Each pack includes two 3-inch action figures and comic books with display stands.
The McFarlane Transformers Page Punchers 3” Figure 2-pk 2 Comics include Optimus Prime and Megatron 2-Pk and Bumblebee and Wheeljack 2-Pk. Meanwhile, the McFarlane G.I. Joe Page Punchers 3” Figure 2-pk 2 Comics include a Duke and Snake Eyes 2-Pk and Cobra Commander and Crimson Guard 2-Pk.
Each figure features 6 points of articulation, and each figure is packaged in a clamshell blister with the two English-only comic books and comic book display stand.
If you ask me, I’d say they are a must-have for any fans of G1 Transformers and G.I. Joe. The toys are expected to ship starting on May 01, 2024.
