The thing about buying furniture is, they are awfully new and being new, it may set some people’s OCD into overdrive. You know, like worrying about it getting tarnished or scratched. However, with Modulos latest’s furniture, Aeon, these people will never have to worry about defacing the spanking new furniture. At the core of Aeon line of furniture is regular high-quality plywood, but the real magic is in the special laminate called Fenix.
Fenix is a composite based on nanotechnology. Fenix not only offers eye-pleasing aesthetic, but it is also ultra resistance to surface scratches, surface wear and it has antibacterial properties to boot. Because of Fenix’s resistance to surface scratches and wear, the furniture will look new longer and in the event if it does get scratched, its thermal self-healing ability will heal micro scratches. I am not sure about deep scratches though. I am going to go out on a limb to assume that it will somewhat heal, but probably not completely.
In addition to longevity, what you get with Aeon line up furniture is a super cool matte look that has super low light refraction. The latter is a welcome feature for those who are easily irked by refraction. Well, what can I say? It is just what the future meant to be. Modulos Aeon line of furniture was recently showcased at the Milano Design Week in April 2018. Modulos Aeon can be selected in combination with regular Modulus components when you are configuring your Modulos desk. Skip ahead to steal a few more look of this awesome desk.
