Not everyone likes KFC and therefore, it is safe to say that not everyone is into having fingernails smelling like KFC fried chicken. What if that person is more into stuff like, say, cheese? Well, as it turns out, there is nail polish for that too. No. I am serious. Cheese-smelling nail polish is a thing. I almost can’t believe my eyes when I say a feature of it. I have to double-check the date and no, it wasn’t April 1st. It is real, alright.
Nail polish maker, Nails.INC and long-time cheese brand, Kraft Heinz-owned Velveeta have teamed up together for a Velveeta-inspired nail polish that smells like cheese when fully dried. The Nails.INC x Velveeta Pinkies Out Polish Creamy Smooth Cheese Scented Nail Polish Duo, as it is officially called, comes in La Dolce Velveeta yellow and Finger Food red (but, of course!).
While it may have the delicious scent of the Velveeta, it is NOT edible (obviously!). I don’t think it will be a good idea to lick the fingernails either. It may sound all too obvious but, god damn it, the packaging kind makes them look like it is edible. But seriously, don’t. If you really need to have melty cheese, go buy yourself an actual melty Velveeta.
