Even more so, if you are a fan who appreciate the box art because, damn, this little big guy does come with a pretty attractive box art. The NECA Toys Godzilla Tokyo S.O.S. 2003 Figure comes with a window box with a flap that opens to reveal the heroic, radiation-loaded beast.
The figure, as the product name suggests, is based on the 2003 Gojira flick, also known as Gojira x Mosura x Mekagojira in Japan.
It is not big. It stands around 6 inches tall and 12-inches head-to-tail as with most of such figure coming from NECA Toys, and boasts over 30 points of articulation – including an articulated tail.
Man, the box art looks as good as the 2001 Godzilla re-release, if not better. If I were acquire this, you can be sure it will be display with it still inside the box.
Speaking of buying, the NECA Toys Godzilla Tokyo S.O.S. 2003 Figure is slated to be released on July 13. Already, you can secure a copy from online retailers like the Big Bad Toy Store for around US$22.99.
