Razer has been making Raiju controllers for a decade now, and to mark the occasion, it has created something rather special. Meet the Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition, a premium PlayStation 5 controller that takes the familiar gaming accessory into luxury collectible territory.
And the first thing you’ll notice is that it looks like someone has removed part of its outer shell. But that’s intentional.

Instead of the usual plastic housing, this controller features a lightweight magnesium alloy exoskeleton with an open polygonal design that exposes the internal elements. A protective nano coating keeps debris out, while a semi-transparent, laser-etched glass touchpad offers another peek beneath the surface.
The handles are wrapped in oil- and abrasion-resistant textured TPU, while the buttons and directional pad use double-shot PBT construction. Even with all that metal and glass, the controller weighs just 260 g (9.2 oz).
Of course, fancy materials alone won’t help you win a game.
The Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition features contactless TMR thumbstick sensors, six remappable buttons comprising two claw-grip bumpers and four mouse-click back buttons, and up to 2,000 Hz wireless polling when used with a PC.
Through Razer Synapse or the Razer PS mobile app, you can customize button assignments, thumbstick sensitivity, trigger response, and onboard profiles.
The package is suitably premium, too. It includes alternative thumbstick caps, four interchangeable back-button covers, an anodized aluminum replacement tool, a leatherette carrying case, a HyperSpeed Wireless dongle, and a USB-A-to-USB-C cable.
Razer is producing an initial run of just 1,337 individually serialized units. Yes, 1337. If you’ve been around gaming culture long enough, you’ll appreciate that number.
The Razer Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition is officially licensed for PS5 and optimized for PC. Razer has yet to announce its price or a confirmed release date. Meanwhile, you may learn more about this beautiful controller at www.razer.com.
