The Robosen Transformers G1 Bumblebee Robot Toy that was introduced in China last month is now available stateside. While its resemblance to the G1 character is uncanny, it is, unfortunately, non-transformable. It will be mind-blowing if it did.
But still, the Robosen Transformers G1 Bumblebee Robot Toy is an impressive programmable action robot toy that boasts 45 custom-engineered microchips, no less than 17 high-precision servo motors, authentic G1 sounds, voice and app interaction, and a so-called mini theater feature that allows it to interact with the Robosen Optimus Prime to recreate scenes from the cartoon series.
The new Robosen Transformers G1 Bumblebee Robot Toy further touts “extraordinary flexibility”:
“With a state-of-the-art adaptive gait algorithm, Bumblebee’s two adjustable walking speeds will instantly match your movements, ensuring a smooth, natural pace every time. Its built-in 6-Axis IMU detects your current posture, allowing you to perform high-difficulty poses such as single-leg squats, side kicks, and bending over. Even if Bumblebee falls, it will automatically get up on its own.”
If anyone’s interested, you can pick up the new Robosen Transformers G1 Bumblebee Robot Toy from Robosen.com now for US$399.
