If you are a huge fan of Spider-Man, well then you may want to swing by New York City because there’s a free wall-crawler-themed entertainment over at Sony Square NYC, located at 25 Madison Avenue. Called the Spider-Man: Homecoming VR Experience on Playstation VR, it is part VR arcade, part exhibition event where you will have the opportunity to get up close with props from the film, such Peter Parker’s backpack and Spider-Man costumes and you can also put yourself in Peter’s shoes by the virtue of virtual reality. With the VR experience, you get to leap off a crane to swing through the air in pursuit of Spider-Man’s nemesis, The Vulture, virtually, of course.

Furthermore, you will be able to experience feeling of flying through the streets of Queens, New York and at the end of your experience, you will leave the special event with a photo of yourself zipping across the NY’s skyline, just like the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man do. Spider-Man: Homecoming VR Experience on Playstation VR is part of Sony and Columbia Pictures effort to promote the film running up to its official theatrical release on July 7, 2017. The Spider-Man: Homecoming VR Experience on Playstation VR runs from June 26 through to August 6, 2017, and during this period, it will open between 10AM and 7PM on Mondays to Saturdays, and 11AM-6PM on Sundays.
