I am sure this isn’t a surprise to most of us. The Hasbro Star Wars Black Series Darth Vader Force FX Elite Lightsaber is very much expected after the release of The Black Series Darth Vader Helmet and Obi-Wan Kenobi Force FX Elite Lightsaber. It is not a question of “will it happen?” but more of “when?”, and “when?” is now.
The Hasbro Star Wars Black Series Darth Vader Force FX Elite Lightsaber is based on the Sith Lord’s iconic red Lightsaber as seen in the Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi series.
It features advanced LED technology with entertainment-inspired sound effects, which you can activate using the switch and button on the hilt. Sound effects include progressive ignition, battle clash effect, duel effect, and battle sequence mode. Hasbro said this is the most realistic Force FX Lightsaber yet. Well, it better be, TBH because it costs a hefty US$278.99 each.
Like other Lightsaber in the series, the Hasbro Star Wars Black Series Darth Vader Force FX Elite Lightsaber comes with a stand for displaying it with or without the removable blade, and the kyber crystal, the mineral that powers the lightsaber in the Star Wars Universe, is removable too.
The Lightsaber is powered by 3 1.5V AA cells (not included) and it is recommended for ages 14 and up. It is available now.
