Whether you are slugging out on the virtual battlefield in Star Wars Battlefront, or reliving the good’ol Star Wars Trilogy at home, you will want to do it in Imperial style with the Star Wars Darth Vader and Stormtrooper Gaming Chairs. Why? Because, Darth Vader and Stormtrooper. Duh. The two chairs shared the same features, differing only aesthetically.
Each chair is made from plywood and hardwood frame with polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and rounding up with polyester upholstery over a cotton cushion with foam fill. This gaming/media chair features four built-in speakers, Bluetooth 4.1 technology for wireless audio streaming, a control panel that puts control within arm’s reach, and an audio output and audio input jacks.
We noted that the product page indicates that it has “S-362 speaker specifications which I have absolutely no idea what speaker it is talking about. We wish we have more info on its audio capabilities or some sort of indicator of its performance, if it has any at all. Then again, it is already cool enough to have sound in such close proximity without having to deal with cables.
However, if you don’t mind wire, or your source has no Bluetooth, there is always an input jack to accept virtually any source and then there is the requisite headphone jack for times when you want to keep the sound to yourself. If there was ever a gaming lounge on Death Star, I am sure it will look like the image above. Now, all that is missing is a gaming chair themed after Emperor Palpatine…
You can find Star Wars Darth Vader and Stormtrooper Gaming Chairs on PBTeen retailing for $449. However, these chairs appeared to be on discount, going for $335, at the time of this writing.
